So...unless I'm wrong, here's my vision of the timeline of the whole Sanders-Warren kerfluffle.

This is going to take a bit of a while, folks, so follow me here.

1) Lizzary and Bernie have their private meeting in December 2018, where the question of whether a woman can beat Trumpster is raised.

2) At the end of that month, Lizzary officially puts her name in the hat for the Democratic nomination for POTUS.

3) Around late January or early Feburary of the following year, Lizzary has an "off the record" convo with a room filled with journalists, where she first gives her (mis)interpretation of that meeting with Sanders, saying that he said a woman couldn't win.

3a) When confronted by probably those same journalists by Lizzary's comments later that Feburary, Sanders strongly denies making such a statement; instead insisting that all he said was that a woman would have a very difficult time against Trumpster, but could still win.

The next month, at San Antonio's South by Southwest (SXSW) event, Lizzary blows off a question about the meeting, citing that "private conversations should remain private conversations".

She still, however, makes it a point to differentiate herself from Sanders...

....riffing that she was not a "democratic socialist".

Remember, that she was one of those who gave a standing ovation when Ttumpster, at his State of the Union Address to Congress, roared that "the United States will never become a socialist country".

Fast forward to last Tuesday, when Lizzary responded quite pithly to the fake report that was posted to, then deleted from, the Sanders campaign's Slack.

That was the one that said that Lizzary's support came mostly from affluent White women rather than working folk.

The primary media source for that "breaking story" just so happened to be Politico's hanger-on reporter for Warren, who was also probably in the room last January.

Want to bet that there was also some CNN reporters there as well?

Because...

...the very next day, before the latest Democratic Party debate, someone in Lizzary's campaign leaked to their friends at CNN & Politico a statement from Lizzary expressing "disappointment" in Sanders for doing her wrong like that....and resetting her charge from December.

And, it just so happened that one of the moderators of the Democratic Party debate was one of Hillary Clinton's speechwriters and a definite critic of Sanders, who decided to break the controversy directly into the debate.

In the most direct way.

It was pretty obvious from the first "Did you beat your wife, Senator Sanders"? question, to the followup of "Now, Senator Warren, what's your opinion about wife-beater Sanders??" that the moderator was in on the whole ambush setup, and that Lizzary was well informed as well.

So well informed before hand, right down to the post debate performance, where apparently Lizzary was hoping that a hot mic would further ambush Sanders into saying something that would be used against him in the propaganda court of establishment media.

Keep in mind, it was CNN's reporters along with Politico's that openly publicized both the Slack report's "leak" AND Lizzary's reset of the "no woman could be elected President" smear.

It was also CNN that sponsored and hosted the last debate.

Coincidence, right?

Also no surprise that Lizzary, just after announcing her run, hired a whole bunch of Hillary's speechwriters & media consultants....including one whom had given huge bank to David Brock's Correct the Record org.

That would be the org that slandered Sanders all day in 2016.

Also just a mere coinkadynk: Last December, Joe Biden suddenly announces that Lizzary would be added to his list of potentials for his Vice President running mate.

To balance the ticket, of course.

If you all recall, y'allz, one of the main reasons why Lizzary spurned Sanders for Hillary in 2016 was because she thought she could get Hillary's VP nomination as a reward. Unfortunately, she got spurned in favor of Tim Kaine.

Given that, and the alleged personal friendship she had with Sanders and the just as alleged closeness in political philosophy, you'd think that Lizzary would be a bit more openminded to an alliance with Sanders, if only to unite the Dems' progressive wing against Biden.

Welp, you'd think wrong, because as I have been telling you for the past 2-3 years, Lizzary is really no progressive. She only played one to get into the Democrats' inner circle, and now she's full on WokeNeoliberal/DLC establishment.

Her turn away from #Medicare4All after attempting to co-op it; her history of using progressive issues & groups as personal stepping stones, and her history of stretching the truth to near extremes (aka "lying"), should have been a huge red flag for anyone on the Left.

What Lizzary is doing now is what many people accused Sanders of doing in 2016: being the "sheepdog" that lures Leftists and progressives back into the not-so-loving arms of the Democratic Party establishment, only to get screwed once again as the party tacks hard Right.

The difference today is that Sanders is now much more aggressive and much more potent in actually challenging the Dem establishment's hold on power, and he has both the resources and the people power to actually pull it off.

That's a cosmic threat to the Democrat bosses.

This is why all the "Unity against Trumpster!!!" #Assistance.....errrrr, #Resistance is going all out to savage and smear Sanders and all Indy Leftists as at best enablers and equivalents of #MAGAts and the Right....and at worst foreign agents (RUSSIAAAAAA!!!!! COMMIE JEW!!!)

Of course, Trumpster and the #MAGAts don't particularly like this threat, either, which is why they are all of a sudden getting themselves in on the assault. But, mostly, they for now cede the main attack to the conservative/"centrist" Democrats and their WokeNeoliberal brethern.

The original idea that they could knock Sanders out by the early primaries is no longer an option since every attempt at smearing him has only strengthened him that much further.

Between his popular support and his small moneyball that can reproduce huge donations every cycle...

...Sanders has managed to upset all the apple carts of the corporate Democrat donors and the politicos who still are under the myopia that a Leftist simply can't win a national election.

The only remaining question is whether the Democrat establishment will either face the reality of this Left uprising by at least giving it the level of respect it deserves...or whether they go full nuclear and undercut it through the kind of rigging they did for Hillary in 2016.

They could still wait for the Dem convention and the 2nd ballot to perform the crime of screwing Sanders, or they could simply rig the primaries and caucuses to root out Sanders delegates and grease the wheels for Biden.

Either way, that would spell disaster if that happens.

The #BernieOrBust phenonemom that nearly killed Hillary's POTUS chances (remember, 88% of Sanders' voters stuck with Hillary) would be multiplied by a magnitude of 3 if they feel Sanders got screwed, and especially if Biden was the nominee.

And in the inevitable backlash of Trumpster beating Biden in November, if the Democrats attempt to scapegoat the Sanderistas for the loss like they did in 2016, the Democratic Party is essentially blown completely apart.

That would probably necessitate a new party of the Left.

Which, in my view, would not be such a bad thing, since the Democratic Party simply is not the vehicle for radical Left policies or the type of radical policy changes that are sorely needed in a world of endless wars, climate change, and unremorseful White Christian Supremacy.

However, I'm willing to defer my defection from the Democrats to see if Sanders can use his newly found strength to actually topple the Democratic Party's corporate establishment and knock some actual common sense into them. He's gone further than any other candidate so far.

What I'm NOT so willing to do, however, is join in this notion that the Sanders & Warren groups should "set their differences aside" & reunite as an alliance.

Sorry, but Lizzary by her actions has permanently shattered that alliance. She had her choice, & she chose Hillary.

What the Left needs is not to compromise their values or positions one inch, and push the envelope for policies that strengthen those values.

If anything, Sanders needs to move further Left, not compromise with fake "progressives" just to gain favor with establishment media.

And, Sanders needs to realize that the "liberal" media (ATTCNN, Politico, MSDNComcast, Daily Beast, et. al.) is as much an enemy of the Left and of his program as is the conservatives and the Right. They are all part of the same corporate wealthy nexus.

To put it succintly:

Lizzary Warren made her bed and then pissed in it.

We on the Left have no need or want to lie in it now.

We can make our own damn bed.

We got this. Let's get it.
