As someone who loves Gujarati food, I may be biased. But this cuisine has some truly amazing dishes that can be eaten for breakfast or as a snack.

For example- Khaman Dhokla
Handwo, another Gujarati specialty, mixed dals soaked and ground, made into a sort of delicious savoury cake with lots of sesame seeds on the crust
