I take my own inititative by calling the person in charge for the job vacancy.
I introduce myself and ask them some questions before shoot an email.

b)Call the hr or pic,introduce yourself and ask them some questions
c)Shoot an email
As i will shoot an email to the recruiter on the same day the job vacancy was advertise.
Effective hours is from 8.30am to 11.30am.
