Let me just be clear here: there's more than this one bill. A lot more. Congress needs to be in Washington to get them done.

I am sympathetic to the complexities of a rapidly changing landscape, new world stuff here.
But there's no other alternative. There's too much risk to continuity of Congress as we teeter on the edge of an economic depression and whatever else comes up otherwise.

Members have already been exposed/tested positive. Others are isolating. It's too disruptive. Stop moving around until it's clear that we are past the peak.
