But when asked what it would take to get back to normal he said three things.

Identify through testing to build a model of the iceberg so there is a real understanding of what is above and what is below.
Anti virals & vaccines which, combined with immunity through getting COVID 19 (& he believes it will confer immunity) will create a safe space.

Antibody tests so there can be an assurance that people in critical professions have immunity.
