Request & ADVISORY .. not to travel back to India ...Or be prepared for.. a COMPULSORY QUARANTINE of 14 days at govt identified facilities in the 4 cities mentioned .

Am sure someone in d bureaucracy must have requested / warned GOVT to put a stop to international travel / regulate 4 stringent quarantine measures ..
Which went unheeded as THEY were busy preparing for causing communal riots in Delhi & then TRUMPS India & Gujarat visit !

Here we are looking at a CENTRAL GOVT ..that lacked imagination of the miseries that would unfold on its own citizens thanks to a few thousands of those who would fly into India .
Clearly someone would have warned ...am sure ..
