#SuddenlyRemote! What were the fears of people working from home for the first time? When you offer a safe space, people are able to be honest & open. Full anonymity of the #Thoughtexchange platform makes this possible. Understand the fears so that you can address them. 💜
We watched students, teachers & families struggling with the "new normal" of #education at home. Anti-racism became a global movement. #COVID19 put EQUITY in the forefront of peoples minds by exposing glaring inequities for BiPOC resulting in loss of life. 💜 #BringPeopleTogether
What about #mentalhealth? 2020 has been the longest year (EVER). How are we supporting each other during these times? When thoughts are completely anonymous, people understand that it's a safe space to share deeply 💜 #MentalHealthMatters

Checking in with employees (temperature check) without being intrusive. Is this hard for you? COACHING - Try using open-ended questions & leave space for them to lead the conversation. Try "How do you want to spend this time today?" Be present for wherever this takes you.
