The document recognises that #communist and national socialist (#Nazi) #totalitarian #regimes in #Ukraine are #criminal and #prohibits the public use and #propaganda of their #symbols.

The #Nazi #totalitarian regime at legislative level is recognised in #Ukraine as pursuing a policy of #state #terror.”
