What is now established: @rykov is not just a pro-Putin troll. He is a Kremlin asset.
He has:

- Received funding from Putin's personal adviser Vladislav Surkov.
- Been rewarded with a seat at the State Duma.
- Been appointed as one of Putin's trusted confidants in the '12 election.
- Negotiated an alleged quid-pro-quo with Marine Le Pen on behalf of the Kremlin.
So when Rykov, days after the 2016 US election, posts that he worked with WikiLeaks, a pair of hacker groups, and implied coordination with Trump, it's important.

I'm really curious as to how Mueller knows about the polling data. As far as we know, there were 2 people in the room: Manafort and Kilimnik. Neither is cooperating...
