People are speculating if the NYC Trump Tower Fires were related to the recent Trump Tower fire in Azerbaijan? Initially I thought how could it be? Trump wasn't even involved w/ the property anymore so I was ready to dismiss it. But after digging deeper it feels suspicious 1/42 
The obvious connection between the Fires is Trump. But as I laid out in a prior thread I think Money Laundering is the crux of Muellers investigation & Trump Tower NYC seems like it may have been a hub. Trump Tower Baku may be another part of Trump's 💰 Laundering Operation. 2/42
There's been alot of speculation that Trump Tower in Azerbaijan was Corrupt. Trump partnered w/ the Mammadov family who US officials describe as notoriously corrupt in a diplomatic cable leaked in '09. If Trump did due diligence he'd have known who he was partnering with. 3/42
The Mammadov family & therefore by extension Trump as the partner, has been financially entangled w/ an Iranian family tied to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps. The concern is that money being laundered through Trump Tower for the IRGC was used to finance terrorism. 4/42
Concerns about the Baku project are well documented, the Senate even asked for an investigation. Trump's past biz dealings have always presented a threat to Nat'l Security as he's susceptible to having corrupt biz deals held over him. Trump Tower Baku's a perfect example. 5/42
Some of Trumps most controversial buildings appear to be Ivanka's babies. She led the teams in Azerbaijan & Panama. Now the FBI's looking into her Vancouver project. Are Ivanka's projects exhibiting a Money Laundering PATTERN? Thats not to say they each Launder the same way. 6/42
One way💰 Laundering COULD have taken place is by doctoring how much was SUPPOSEDLY spent vs how much was ACTUALLY spent. Lets say documentation shows they spent $100M but they actually only spent $50M? Where did the other $50M go? Maybe to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard? 7/42
How could they have grossly inflated costs? Easy. Maybe paperwork shows they used Marble costing $150 a sq ft but they ACTUALLY use tile worth $10 a sq ft? Or they say they paid labor $50 an hr when they only spent $10. Or expensive wood panels are replaced w/ cheap veneer. 8/42
Did Trump Tower Baku launder money by grossly overstating Construction costs? When Trump Org got involved most of the bldg was already built so Money Laundering may have pre-dated Trumps entry into the project but when Trump started the 1st thing they said is GUT THE PLACE? 9/42
Trump insisted the interior was gutted & rebuilt for it to be branded a 'Super Luxury' Trump property. It was all torn out. Now if Trumps partners said that they spent $100M on Construction BEFORE Trump even entered the project-any proof of what materials were used is gone. 10/42
So if somebody wanted to look at the money spent on Trump Tower Baku BEFORE Trump entered the project & says 'let me see the expensive marble they spent the $$ on'...oops it was torn out. Trump told us it wasn't good enough. Suddenly there's no proof they didn't spend $100M 11/42

When Trump entered the project in 2012 he may have conveniently (purposefully or not?) given his partners an opportunity to write off huge amounts of💰 & hide it. Trump's team joins & insists on starting over to make it Super High Luxury. Enter Ivanka Trump & her Designers..13/42
According to one of the Azerbaijan lawyers “Ivanka personally approved everything.” Ivanka’s team was particular about wood panelling & chose an expensive Macassar ebony and expensive 'book-matched' panels of Walnut. Was this Round Two of picking out expensive materials? 14/42
Now there are a couple of possibilities here, but lets say that Muellers investigation in New York is heating up & is focusing on Money Laundering. With a history of speculation around Trump Tower Baku, Mueller would most likely want to review the paperwork on that project. 15/42
Trump Org was on the project from 2012 until a month after Trump was elected when they distanced themselves from the job, so Mueller expects piles of paperwork. It would be hard for Trump to get rid of too much,especially since it seems their role was overseeing contracts 16/42
In 2012 Mammadov reportedly met w/ Donald Trump in NYC. Then the contracts for the Baku project were issued. Mueller would want to see those contracts- Change Orders, Invoices, PO's etc What if Mueller's team wanted to go to Trump Tower Baku & see the expensive materials 17/42
What if in person they didn't see the expensive materials like Wood paneling, Marble, Gold Leaf? Trump Tower Baku had a Construction budget of $195M (at least on paper) but it ended up costing much more. If materials didn't match the invoices then a fire would be convenient 18/42
In the NYC Trump Tower fires I suspect they were burning evidence. But in the case of Trump Tower Baku WHAT IF THE BUILDING WAS THE EVIDENCE. Was a fire set before Mueller or his team could see the building & know that the ACTUAL materials used didn't match the paperwork? 19/42
So far there were 3 Trump Fires. The 1st NYC Trump Tower fire was underreported as a small electrical fire on the roof. Was the first fire back in January a test to see how the Secret Service respond? A warm up to the bigger Fire in April? 20/42

We know enough about the 2nd Trump Tower Fire that I find it suspicious. Code didn't require sprinklers (Trump made sure of that) but working smoke alarms in each unit are LAW. FDNY said they were notified by an automatic alarm but they said alarms didn't go off IN the bldg 21/42
Why was the victim found in his unit & didn't just walk out the door? How was such a big fire contained to only impact 2 apartments. Michael Cohen texts a resident to get out of the bldg BEFORE the Resident heard alarms. And FDNY dismisses it as "Accidental" 9 DAYS later 22/42
Is 9 days even long enough to investigate? FDNY say the cause is Overloaded Power Strips which causes most Residential fires. But not in Midtown Manhattan. In 2017 midtown only had 6 major fires. Why? Because these bldgs have STRICT electrical codes w/ fail safe measures 23/42
Reports say Trump Tower Baku had TWO fires THE SAME DAY. The 1st fire burned for 3 hrs before it was put out. But the tower caught fire AGAIN that evening? That seems suspicious? The timing of the firing is not only curious due to Muellers Probe but what about the Iran Deal 24/42
