It looks like Avenatti didn’t make the first payment (of two, totaling $4.85M) to a former partner of his now bankrupt law firm.

Now he’s getting sued — again.

.@Law360 reported Frank originally filed an $18M claim. Avenatti settled for $4.85M to be paid in installments, within two 60 day periods. Both Avenatti and Frank agreed to this. Now, according to @TMZ, Avenatti has decided not to follow through on his end of the settlement terms

Avenatti’s partner, Frank, asked for the tax records of their law firm so he could accurately assess his income. When Avenatti wouldn’t provide them, Frank learned Avenatti owed him millions. Frank left the firm and sued. Avenatti countered in retaliation and STILL won’t pay him.

Michael Avenatti is a liar, fraud, and thief. The fact that TMZ is breaking news about him getting sued — yet again — and CNN and MSNBC interviewed him over 147 times without asking him about any of this is duplicitous.

The willfully ignorant anchors using him should be ashamed.

Now Avenatti’s trying to call the lawsuit against him “baseless,” saying “haters will hate and fabricate.”

Why would the partner of Avenatti’s bankrupt law firm “fabricate” him breaking the terms of their settlement agreement — when it was reported about, unchallenged, in March?

“Who cares?” is Avenatti’s response when asked about screwing a former partner out of his portion of lawyer fees and profits Avenatti’s firm owes him.

Does Avenatti think he’s above the law while judging Trump and Cohen so harshly?
