9/ If UAE and Qatar are at odds, why would both be involved in the same deal to help Kushner? If UAE was already in w/ Trump campaign, Qatar in Dec 2016 had even more incentive to be helpful and not get frozen out. But after Dossier was published, did Qatar get cold feet?
Then Kushner pushed for blockade, and then Qatar relented (Apollo loan, Brookfield deal)? Another explanation is both Qatar and UAE have so much cash, they are often in the middle of massive energy and real estate deals around the world. Just a coincidence that they pop up?...
