11) A couple hundred thousand dollars into the pockets of NGO's who lobby and donate to the campaigns of Democrats to be open border advocates, and they get millions using child migrants flooding north as drug mules, charging ransoms to ensure the childrens safe delivery, etc
12) Cartels launder a small fraction of money and get it in the hands of NGO's to ensure that the political side of things stay as open borders as possible and to encourage that demand for the Cartels' smuggling services never dries up.
13) Central American migrants get hosed, gang members get to smuggle membership into the United States, Cartels get to make a shit ton of money, NGO's get to keep feeling good and promoting their open borders agenda, and Democrats get sweet sweet campaign donations from NGO's.
