1/ #FILE_ONE (CASE# 001): DIMITRY STRESHINSKY, PART II – Today’s thread will be second in a series of Twitter threads highlighting the history and associations of Russian gun manufacturer/arms dealer DIMITRY STRESHINSKY, ERIK PRINCE’s alleged business partner in "PROJECT ZULU"
2/ In PART I, #FILE_ONE outlined various associations between STRESHINSKY and RU businesses connected to DONALD TRUMP (as well as certain organized crime personalities) which run through CHRISTODOULOS G. VASSILIADES, a Cypriot attorney based in Nicosia.
3/ In PART II we begin to outline the history of DIMITRY STRESHINSKY, PRINCE’s alleged bus partner. While PRINCE was interning for Rep. DANA ROHRABACHER (R-CA) and still years away from starting BLACKWATER, STRESHINSKY was engineering a huge operation to run guns to the Balkans
4/ In 2003 testimony to the US Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe, ROMAN KUPCHINSKY, Senior Analyst, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, said STRESHINSKY ("DMYTRO STRESHINSKY") joined ANATOLIY FEDERENKO, allegedly a KGB officer, to sell arms.

5/ KUPCHINSKY: “At the time of the war in the Balkans in the early 1990’s, the United Nations imposed an arms embargo on Croatia. This embargo however, was systematically broken by many states and arms traffickers, and few faced charges afterwards.”
6/ “At that time, in February 1992 … Streshinsky, a former citizen of Ukraine, arrived in Kyiv and asked a few old friends to set up a branch of his Panamanian registered company “Global Technologies International” in the capital of Ukraine.”
7/ “They willingly agreed and soon afterwards a subsidiary company, Global Technologies Ukraine,” (GT Ukraine) was registered in Kyiv, Ukraine with Anatoliy Fedorenko, a former KGB officer according to some press reports, as president and Andriy Vazhnyk as his deputy.”
8/ STRESHINSKY’s activities through Panamanian registered GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL were significant enough to be documented in a 2010 report on global organized crime published by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (see p. 143).

9/ In fact, STRESHINSKY had positioned himself to become key player in a larger arms smuggling operation to the Balkans allegedly masterminded by Greek businessman, KONSTANTIN DAFERMOS, an arms dealer w/ties to the Russian military-industrial complex and intelligence agencies.
10/ A 3 yr investigation completed in 2011 by a team of journalists based in Slovenia uncovered details abt arms shipments by STRESHINSKY and DAFERMOS from Soviet-era stocks in Ukraine, Russia and Poland to belligerents in Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia.
100r.org/2011/11/the-pr…
11/ The journalists reviewed thousands of docs and discovered several countries – including Russia – that publicly supported the UN embargo on selling arms to the former Yugoslavia were, in fact, secretly involved in undermining it, selling weapons to the warring parties.
12/ Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Poland, Belarus and Romania all exported weapons to the conflict and the business headquarters for the huge logistics operation was located in Vienna.
13/ Arms smugglers involved in the operation, including DIMITRY STRESHINSKY, used companies registered in Panama to cover their tracks. A Hungarian bank moved the money and companies in the UK and Germany provided loans to buy arms.
14/ According to the investigative report, DAFERMOS “ … worked with Scorpion International Services S.A., a Russian military contractor that is registered in Panama and had offices at the Vienna airport. Scorpion became one of the main conduits for smuggling arms ... "
15/ " ... to the Yugoslav frontlines. Debit-credit notes of bank accounts opened at the Central-European International Bank in Budapest show that Scorpion received more than $80 million dollars from Slovene, Croatian and Bosnian customers.”
16/ “Partners in Dafermos’s other Panama companies — under the Scorpion name — show connections to Russia. Dafermos’ partner in a company called Scorpion Navigation S.A, was Vladimir I. Ryashentsev, a senior KGB officer."
17/ "Today, Scorpion International Services is the exclusive representative of Rosoboronexport, the Russian state-owned corporation that sells weapons for export.”
18/ “Documents declassified in Slovenia show that the first two shipments passed through the Slovene port of Koper. A ship, the Island, made the journeys, sailing with 96 containers of arms in October and November 1992. From Koper, the weapons continued over land to Croatia. "
19/ "Debit-credit notes confirmed that $60 million went into Dafermos’s
account ... From that amount, some $40 million was transferred further to other arms sellers. One of the companies, Global Technologies International Inc., is registered to Dmitri Streshinsky in Panama."
20/ Thanks to the investigative report published by @100Reporters we can see the broad outlines of how DAFERMOS and STRESHINSKY organized arms shipments and made enormous profits from smuggling weapons from Russia, Ukraine, etc. to belligerents in former Yugoslavia.
21/ But there is still a lot more to this story, including STRESHINSKY's arrest, indictment and trial for arms smuggling by Italian authorities, as well as his associations to Russian oligarch, former KGB officers, and the Odessa Mafia.
END/ COMING NEXT: #FILE_ONE (CASE# 001): DIMITRY STRESHINSKY, PART 3 – A review of documents/articles related to STRESHINSKY’S indictment and trial for illegally shipping weapons and what they revealed about his related associations w/Russian entities and persons.
