I’d argue that their fear of crime and immigration is still a function of their racism, as is the fact that they only feel comfortable entrusting their safety/economic livelihood to other *White people* who think just like they do. They perceive and practice White supremacy.
@TheBxAnalyst Also why aren’t they equally afraid of White domestic terrorists yet? A White guy shoots up a mostly White public space at least once a month for the last few yrs and we still don’t hear them claiming to fear that oppressive scourge so their fear of POC is bullshit.
@TheBxAnalyst None of this racist, fear based propaganda is new, it was used to justify slavery, Native reservations, Jim Crow and now Trump. It is targeted specifically at White people who consume Fox and AM radio because they’re racist and ignorant enough to be swayed by it.
@TheBxAnalyst This is such a well known phenomenon in American politics that Russia exploited it in 2016 to spread racist, sexist propaganda to predominantly White people on social media who ate it right up just like they do Fox and AM radio. Fear isn’t an acceptable excuse.
