Dinh’s donations to Hatch and Flake—and their votes to confirm Benczkowski as Asst. AG for the DOJ’s Criminal Division, and their votes for Kavanaugh—make a lot more sense to me now.

I know I’m preaching to the choir, but I fully believe Benczkowski and Kavanaugh were appointed for a lot of bad reasons. With Benczkowski’s prosecutorial discretion and Kavanaugh’s views on executive privilege, the sky’s really the limit as far as the pilferage of America goes.
