How to SUCCEED as a new #Entrepreneur. (A thread)

1. Have a plan

You may not need a 50 page business plan but you need to have a PLAN that outlines your business model, your value proposition & method of reward for yourself and those the support your business.

2. Don't spending unnecessarily

If you are going to make it rain, make sure you have seed planted in the field.

You'll want to make more than you spend. Plan your spending just as much as you plan your income.

3. Stop trying to do everything yourself.

There is so much you can do on your own - learn to delegate.

Do what you are great at and delegate the rest to others who are better than you at what you are not great at.

Delegate and you'll get further than you can on your own.

4. Your product or service doesn't need to be perfect. It only needs to be viable.

Start with what works and improve on that. Your customers will appreciate your progress more than your perfections.

5. Know what your customers want, and give them what they never thought they needed.

Survey your customer to understand their pains and pleasures. Provide a solution that works and continue to work on improving that.

6. Don't copy others but there's no harm in being similar. Good artists create, great artists copy, but the ones that success are the ones who make better what they copy or create.

You don't have to be original, but always be unique & continuously better your value proposition.

7. Always be a person of ACTION. Start as soon as you can. Start today! In fact, start NOW.

There is no better time than the present. Your plans are only as good as your ACTIONS.
