A (THREAD) explaining my theory of Paul Manafort creating the unique #ElectionHacking event, the Trump 2016 Campaign. 
Of course, American Oligarch Donald Trump was planning to run for President in 1988, & Russia was planning to illegally assist him. I will now demonstrate how Paul Manafort, (whom was in on this plan), gave birth to the Social Media & Computer Hacking campaign of Trump 2016.
Even without Trump running for USA president in 1988, the rise of the Russian Oligarchs was proceeding with the help of international political operatives, like the employees of Black, Manafort, Stone, and Kelly.
To support this effort, in the 1990s Roger Stone's former driver Michael Caputo lived in Russia for 5 to 7 years, working as an operative to get Russian politicians elected, very likely under the direction of Paul Manafort and Roger Stone.
By the end of this time span, the Oligarchs had taken control of the Russia government and newly capitalist major industries. After this victory, new technologies of political control of world governments were emerging, i.e. social Media, and information storage on the Web.
Manafort/Stone began adapting to these new technologies. Mid-2005, Manafort sends a memo to RU oligarch & Putin ally, #OlegDeripaska, about a project. “We are now of the belief that this model can greatly benefit the Putin Government if employed at the correct levels..."
The proposal is to help influence politics, business dealings and media coverage in the USA, Europe, and former Soviet-bloc countries. Deripaska hires Manafort on a $10 million annual contract, paid via loans that do not require repayment, thereby evading income taxes.
In 7/15/08, Donald Trump sells the estate Maison de L’Amitie to RU oligarch #DmitryRybolovlev for a record $95M. Trump bought the property for $41M 3 yrs earlier & made only minor improvements. Obvious, money laundering, ...in parallel with Manafort's Russian money laundering.
12/11/08, Bernie Madoff is arrested for operating a $64B securities fraud scheme. Trump’s future Treasury Sec, #SteveMnuchin, was an early investor in the scheme that relied on later investor’s deposits paying the exorbitant interest rates of early investor accounts. Hmmm....
10/1/10, #TevfikArif is arrested in Turkey and charged with running a prostitution ring, accused of human trafficking from Russia and Ukraine. Arif was one of 10 people arrested aboard the $60M yacht MV Savarona in a massive sting operation. Very oligarchial, and Trumpian....
By 7/20/11, the future techniques of the 2016 Trump campaign were in place. Manafort approved of a clandestine strategy to discredit former Ukraine President Yulya Tymoshenko abroad, “Ukraine — A Digital Roadmap”...
The plan was to “deconstruct” Tymoshenko via online videos, news articles and social media, included anonymous videos attacking Tymoshenko and comparing the opposition leader to a drunk Boris Yeltsin. “The social media space offers great opportunities for guilt by association”
Four months later, October 21 2011, “Donald Trump For Governor of New York” meeting organizer, and Manafort sycophant Michael Caputo, stated via Twitter: “Oligarchs get away with almost everything. Moscow. New York City. Tomato, Tomato.”
Demonstrating future methods of the Trump admin, in 6/12/12, Manafort pays 2M euros in bribes to Prime Minister of Italy Romano Prodi, & former Austrian Chancellor Alfred Gusenbauer, for them to lobby in the USA & take positions favorable to former Ukraine Pres Viktor Yanukovych.
By this time, Manafort, possibly working with Putin via Deripaska, seems to have activated Trump 2016 in Russia, proved by Alexander Torshin traveling to Nashville, Tennessee on 116/12 where the NRA has granted him special status as an observer for the 2012 presidential election.
Torshin posted to twitter: “Standing in line at the polling place. As an ordinary American. 6:45 a.m.”
11/7/12, After the 2012 election, Michael Caputo, (operative for Roger Stone and Paul Manafort), stated, “Obama leveraged social media, mined new frontiers of data, unified all that data, and nano targeted messaging. Mitt had bonfires.”
Note: Michael Caputo's boss, Paul Manafort, had began strategizing the uses of new internet technologies for politics in the recent previous years. Circa 2006 - 2011.
In November 7 2012, Donald Trump posted to social media about Barack Obama winning re-election, “We can’t let this happen. We should march on Washington and stop this travesty. Our nation is totally divided!”.
Russian Member of the Duma, Konstantin Rykov, replied to Trump, “I’m ready. What should I do?”. Trump replied with a photo of himself with a thumbs up gesture for Rykov.
Rykov later devised a plan to “ensure the victory of Donald Trump”, via use of social media, psychological profiling, micro-targeting, & personalized information manipulation. Thereby, violating laws of illegal contributions to elections by foreigners, and data theft.
It is obvious that Manafort's program of adapting the Manafort/Stone methods of election fraud to new internet technologies had now emerged as the main strategy of the Trump for President 2016 campaign. Both in the USA and the RF. <End of Thread>
