1/ Isn't it time to call electronic Ballot Marking Devices that create a "ballot summary card" what they really are---"Electronic Voting Machines?" Experts had long warned the "electronic voting" is not fit for public elections. See thread. 
2/ The vendors, officials, and timid non-profit voting rights orgs call them "voter verifiable voting systems with a paper trail." Come'on folks! They are technically "verifiable" only IF every voter has a photographic memory. And VERIFIED only if all voters check their ....
3/ ballots AND report all problems to officials, AND officials document the problem, AND a robust audit is conducted. 0% chance of this happening. ZERO. But the vendors continue to make claims that leaders are too timid to rebut.
4/ As for GA's SAFE Commission and calling b.s. on these vendor and officials' claims, kudos to @LP_Ga , @CommonCauseGA and @DefendOurVotes. The only orgs that joined @CoalitionGoodGv in demanding HAND-Marked ballots---not this "voter verifiable paper trail" nonsense.
5/ "Voter verifiable paper trail" means that there is paper ballot that can be audited IF all those impossible things above happen.
