A new low for Giuliani, and that's saying something
2/ A year ago I wrote that the implicit Trump argument was that the only thing he could possibly have done wrong was conspire with Russia to hack Americans, and now Giuliani is making that argument explicit. It is 100% a red herring, and has nothing to do with the Mueller probe.
3/ Not one journalist, corporate or freelance, and not one law enforcement official, federal or otherwise, has claimed Trump conspired with Russian hackers in advance in the hacking of Americans. That has *nothing* to do with what the Mueller probe is about, or Trump's collusion.
