It’s not enough to be progressive. We must denounce Israel.

It’s not enough to want to talk. We must kowtow to the cheerleaders & their tropes.

The Jewish left will do all it can in Israel - internationalism doesn’t exist for Jews so there’s little help.
And, as “we’re all the same”, so the wagons will circle & there’ll be fewer & fewer people for Jews to talk to.

And they’re too complacent & comfortable to empathise. They’ll happily explain - to Jews - that Judaism isn’t an ethnicity, Jews aren’t really connected to Israel, it’s colonialism (from 79 different countries).

failure to realise the left’s approach is so wholly counter-productive isn’t entirely down to stupidity, though that’s not in short supply.
The unadulterated folly of it is vomitous. The privilege is wretched. But mostly, the hatred is revolting.
