2/ Well this amendment is peak Brexit circularity. Let’s remind ourselves how we got here

7/ And in late 2018 the UK and EU agreed a withdrawal agreement which the UK parliament voted down overwhelmingly
8/ Now that same deal is coming back for a second vote EVEN THOUGH EVERYONE KNEW WHAT THEY WERE VOTING FOR IN 2016
9/ And this latest amendment is meant to be very clever
