1.Wiener laptop dirty trick was a Roger Stone led initiative but it was enabled by Russia.

Comey's attitude about Hillary emails was influenced by fake documents sent to FBI by Russian intel in March 2016.

Comey was fooled by Russian disinfo.

2. Comey's dangerous attitude that he could break FBI policy by unilaterally announcing conclusions of the email probe led to his July 2016 announcement and later softened him up for the Wiener laptop famous Comey letter.

1. Knowing how Russia now operates, I recall an experience I had in 2006 at the NBA All Star game.

I shared a ride with 2 Russians to the game and wanted to talk about the Yukos owner Khodorovsky who was jailed by Putin. Khodorovsky was then the richest man in Russia.
2. Although I was horrified and troubled that this might be anti-Semitism, the Russians assured me that Khodorovsky had it coming. Because he did not do what Putin wanted. This was considered to be perfectly appropriate to these Russians. They even laughed about it.
3. This is the type of society that Putin has succeeded in building. There is no rule of law. Only the law of Putin.

This Bezos controversy is an important test of how US may ultimately be different. But it's also indicative of DJT's thinking that Bezos must toe the line.

Let's not now assume that the quid pro quo is only Moscow Tower.

✔DJT and family have received millions from oligarchs for sale of properties, including a $50 million overpayment for a Palm Springs mansion from Dmitry Rybolovev
2.✔ Carter Page negotiated a 19.5% deal for sale of Rosneft from Russia. That sale was completed thru Qatar. The money that Kushners got for 666 Fifth Avenue was sourced from Qatar.
3.✔Rybovlovev also followed DJT around in his private plane at several campaign stops in 2016. Could he have been a bagman for DJT payments?

1. Impeachment can happen in mid or late 2019 but there will be no Mueller report.

Barr will be installed as AG and he will be able to suppress the Mueller report.

Instead, Dems in House will relentlessly conduct public hearings to destroy DJT.
2. This will erode support for DJT and pressure GOP Senators to break away from DJT.

Yesterday's vote to lift sanctions for Derispaska should be looked at as the glass more than half full. 11 GOP Senators broke from supporting Trump to keep sanctions.
3. So to reach 67 votes to remove Trump, 7 more GOP Senators need to join these 11. That may be very possible if the Dems put on enough heat with hearings in the House.

This assumes Bernie will vote with the Dems. He did not show up at the sanctions vote on Derispaska.

Natalia Veselnitskaya had been working on the Prevezon case for years, but in 2014 she involved herself drafting of the official response to the DoJ's invocation of a treaty for legal assistance.

She sent the evidence that she worked with the Kremlin to SDNY prosecutors.
