Israel has reportedly offered (developed for?) India the Rocks ASM a deadly precision strike weapon that would allow the IAF to knock down high value over and underground targets with minimum collateral damage even in GPS denied environment. 
The stand-off ASM, which would be ideally suited for x-border retaliatory strikes by the IAF would feature blast fragmentation or penetrating warheads. Like the Rafael Popeye ASM reportedly in service with the IAF,
Rocks uses inertial guidance for cruise phase and E/O / IIR seeker for the terminal phase. However, unlike the Popeye which has to be piloted to the target, Rocks uses image comparison allowing the launch aircraft to stay out of harm's way while making the missile unjammable.
Range and weight of the missile have not been revealed but the single stage rocket motor powered missile looks larger than the 1,360 kg (3,000 lb) Popeye missile.
The massive Sky Shield EW pod next to the Rocks looks small, while the 1000lb Spice 1000 stand-off glide bomb, an unpowered derivative of the Popeye ASM, looks diminutive!
