@ChrisCuomo McCabe either lied to you or he lied to the Senate Intl Cmte. On 5/11/17, he testified that there was no effort to impede his investigation, a necessary element in obstruction. @CNN
McCabe testified to Senator Marco Rubio that "...there has been no effort to impede our investigation to date." He said that the day after he claims he opened an obstruction of justice case for impeding the investigation. 
Senator Mark Warner then asked McCabe to notify the SSCI to commit to informing the SSCI if he found evidence of interfering or obstructing the Russia investigation. He committed to that, but he never informed them of that.
While McCabe now claims he wanted a Special Counsel appointed to take the case away from him, he told the SSCI in response to a question by Senator Lankford that an outside investigator wasn't needed.
McCabe has another big problem with his credibility. He opened an investigation of the President, without evidence according to his own testimony under oath. Was it to hide the fact that he & others in the US govt. were colluding with Russian oligarchs? nytimes.com/2018/09/01/us/…
