I’ve been largely off Twitter this weekend.

I see the Narcissistic-Psychopath-in- Chief addressed CPAC in a stimulant induced hypomania, like he needs any help being unhinged. He had elevated mood and grandiosity with pressured, animated, verbose, and disorganized speech.

How this mentally unfit man is still President, I have no idea. He’s irrational, incoherent, delusional, grandiose, impulsive, and sadistic. He also has the nuclear codes.

After all the narcissistic injury of the last week I’m not surprised he needed chemical assistance to speak publicly. A review of narcissistic injury:

• Cohen testimony of criminality and wrongdoing
• failed NK diplomacy
• accountability of national emergency declaration

• backtracking and accountability of his comments regarding NK’s murder of Otto Warmbier
• accountability and exposure of repeated deceit regarding Kushner’s security clearance
• court order to pay legal fees in Scotland Golf course lawsuit.

Trump had no choice but to fight back against exposure and accountability with an upping of psychological manipulation tactics: rampant lying, distortions, fabrication, braggadocio, deflection, smearing, discrediting, and gaslighting.

His idolatry of dictators is because dictatorship is the only way for him to permanently remove the threat of narcissistic injury and guarantee narcissistic supply. When psychological manipulation no longer works, he will either need to control the populace or destroy it.

His ridiculous, showman performance antics at CPAC should not diminish the level of danger he represents when his usual manipulations no longer provide sufficient cover to protect his idealized self. He will do anything to protect it. Cohen warned of this too.
