Looks to me like Nigel Farage (like many other leading Brexiters) is using a personal service company to shelter his earnings from (ie avoid) income tax.

The original Kyle/Wilson amendment said to the PM: 'if you can't get your deal through Parliament MPs will support it if you put it to the people in a public vote.'

It gave a reason to opponents of the idea to back a public vote to avoid No Deal. /2
McDonnell is saying to the PM 'if you can get your deal through you should also put it to the people.' But who are the MPs, where is the incentive, to support that? There is none - this amendment is designed to fail. /3

Lots of chatter about whether a third vote on the withdrawal agreement should be ruled out by the Speaker. It's pretty clear to me that he should not, for three related reasons. /1
First, the Commons must be in charge of its own procedure. If it wants to approve the withdrawal agreement then by definition it wants the opportunity to vote on it again. If it doesn’t want to approve the agreement it doesn’t matter if it votes on it again. /2
This point is the flip side of Bercow’s decision in January to allow a dodgy amendment (which MPs went on to accept). The constitutional ground zero has to be the will of the majority of the Commons. If you applauded him then you should not want him to rule out a vote now. /3

You can legislate to take No Deal off the table but you can ONLY do it by legislation that states that unless a deal has been ratified on the day before we leave the EU, Article 50 shall be revoked.
The majority of MPs, who will tomorrow vote against No Deal, are going to have to grasp that nettle. There is no alternative.
