I just learned that Google is already doing this for ISIS-related content, but has not applied the same approach to white supremacist terrorism. 🤔
Many large tech companies have already developed the tools and algorithms to effectively address white supremacist content online, but choose not to implement these solutions either through ignorance or willful lack of concern.
They already have control of the sector. Nothing Google or Facebook do, regardless of how it’s perceived by the right-wing, will ever cause enough people to leave their platforms to really impact their profit margins. But they still haven’t stopped the white supremacist content.
