Mueller could only conclude "no further indictments" through three legal paths:
1) No evidence of a crime
2) Insufficient evidence to indict or
3) DOJ guidelines don't allow indicting a sitting POTUS. @traciemac_Bmore @NarativLive #Mueller
Let's eliminate the unlikely:
1) is unlikely because so many people have already been indicted.
2) is possible but unlikely as this investigation has mounds of evidence
3) the likeliest scenario: Donald J. Trump committed a crime but Mueller couldn't indicted under DOJ policy.

As many North Korea experts warned, Trump entered last month’s Singapore summit with Kim with two misimpressions.

First, Trump believed his “maximum pressure” campaign meant that he had Kim over a barrel, ready to make big nuclear concessions. 2/
But, in reality, Kim entered the summit from a perceived position of strength having already crossed the goal line, achieving a nuclear capability to credibly threaten the United States (via an ICBM), thereby ensuring regime survival & global prestige. 3/

Like any company, publishers have a finite amount of resources to spend on the books in their stable. Pre-orders are a way for them to grow that pie and invest more marketing dollars in an otherwise risky proposition. Because, let's face it, books are risky investments!
