1. I'm amazed at @GOP leadership incompetence. I have Barr as No. 2 GOP leader now. Barr blew the Saturday deadline thus killing a very well organized, but doomed, propaganda operation. The plan clearly to flow from Sat p.m into Sunday interview shows. It didn't last a day.
2. The Barr plan was not #Watergate. It was more like the Bay of Pigs.
Now McConnell, who is my GOP No. 3, after a unanimous House vote says 'conceal the report' rather than just 'stall.' Mitch gives international signal for "Trump is Toast."

This week is going to be fun.
3. House was designed to be more responsive to electorate. Don't be surprised when Trump Barr McConnell, who are threatening @HouseGOP with extinction, force @GOPLeader to call for @POTUS impeachment vote of his own . Just to save every member within 10% in midterms.

1. The ACA story today seemed to me like disinformation. It's because I reported on the Texas district court ACA story in December. I thought the order wasn't appealable as it stood but I read the documents and reported on the case.
2. My recollection when I heard today's reporting was the ruling was a shameful political stunt by a federal judge. I went back to check my blog.
3. My blog Dec. 15, 2018:
"It looks like political grandstanding. Pro tip to the GOP judiciary. You’re now part of a Kremlin front group. You might want to ease up on the political grandstanding. Remember, no need to prove a crime to remove a judge. Just bad acts. Just sayin."

1. Barr's usurpation of the Special Counsel authority, having already acted to give free legal advice to the President on the same matter, was unethical and unlawful.

If Barr thought for a minute Mueller had exonerated @realDonaldTrump on anything he'd have released the
2. full #MuellerReport. Barr's conduct is compelling circumstantial evidence of Trump's guilt. Barr is self-proven to be both unethical & dishonest. History will judge Barr's memo is an irrelevant act of a Trump co-conspirator. Barr will likely charged with
3. conspiracy & obstruction in 2021. Barr's only hope to avoid prosecution is to release the full #MuellerReport and pray we have other things to do in 2021. @SpeakerPelosi @RepJerryNadler must not delay seeking a writ of mandamus forcing Barr and/or Mueller to produce

2. One, an optimistic appeal to the integrity of the people of our country, offers hope for the future. The other hints at a slippery slope with no bottom. The end justifies the means no matter the cost. I find it doubtful this dark message is what Republicans teach their kids
3. There's no daylight between Trump and #GOP leaders who've have had 2+ years to decide who they are - those of character have already left the party. The rest have gladly molded themselves into Trump’s vision, fully embracing fear-mongering, nationalism, division and lies.

Bernie v. Hillary, Benghazi & the "email scandal" were perfect targets. There was already tension & division on those topics, so they were easy to exploit. 2
Russia also targeted #peopleofcolor (specifically black voters) to sow distrust of Hillary & the political process, which helped Trump's campaign. 3

2. Particularly, I want to draw your attention to this statement from Paul Ryan. Basically, he’s pointing out that because Lamb didn’t have a primary opponent, he was able to run as a more conservative Dem which allowed him to win a district DT won by 20 pts.
3. Let’s unpack that a little. Two things are implied here. One, they know that GOP (and their support of DT) is frowned on enough that there is willingness to vote Dem in red districts with palatable messaging (moderate, willingness to work in a bipartisan manner).
