before I move onto other things, let me actually address this point from @mtracey
as I said in the article this in no way was a "journalistic fraud." that said, I did suspect Mueller would find direct coordination from some Trump associate, and I admit (at least as far as we know now) that I was wrong about that
but so long as we are talking about incorrect predictions, let's talk about the Russian hacking/propaganda effort, which the Barr memo (agreed by Tracey et al to be ironclad proof) confirms did happen

he even suggested that liberals would use the hacking story to try to execute an "electoral college coup" medium.com/mtracey/libera…
this all turned out to be 100 percent wrong. perhaps an instance of someone combing evidence to find things that validate their preconceptions. or maybe it was a JOURNALISTIC FRAUD
anyway I'm setting this topic aside for awhile. but the victory lap from this crowd is wholly unmerited
