Much to the chagrin of Democrats, DNC, and former Obama administration, withdrawal from the Iran deal has been far more successful in stopping Iran from obtaining nuclear capabilities and from sponsoring worldwide terrorism than the original, bad deal was sold to accomplish.
Ultimately and in toto, the Iran Nuclear Deal was a very bad deal, yet the left was adamant about keeping it in place, claiming that its removal would result in Mid-East turmoil and worse. None of that happene though, and President Trump is even earning praise from the NY Times’

Stephens,demonstrably not a Trump fan, concludes his piece: "The Trump administration has succeeded in dramatically raising the costs to Iran for its sinister behavior, at no cost to the United States or our allies. That’s the definition of a foreign-policy achievement. . ."

In short, O’Rourke is going full communist to “out-commie” his fellow radical Democrats.
Of course, O’Rourke didn’t say precisely how he was going to do this, but if history is any teacher, it probably won’t be pretty.
O’Rourke’s father-in-law is a billionaire Real Estate Tycoon named William Sanders. Apparently, Sanders has a $20 billion nest egg.

Reading a forthcoming book called Hitler's American Friends.

It's about the America First Committee and will probably be a worthwhile read when it comes out.

There was a lot of infighting about tone -- think alt-lite vs. alt right.
People like Charles Lindbergh were the ones who drummed up the most support for the movement. Because of their openly anti-Semitic views.

There was apparently a lot of fighting between people like Lindbergh & people who thought they should promote fascism with a friendlier tone
And there was a disinformation campaign. Apparently Americans were told that Roosevelt was secretly Jewish and had changed his name from "Rosenfeld." Wow. I did not know this.

When @JZarif says, "#Iran never raced towards a bomb, nor will it race towards a bomb," rest assured it is the exact opposite.
We will realize how Tehran sought nuclear arms for decades. For a country sitting on an ocean of oil & gas, a "peaceful" nuclear program is meaningless.
A very telling cartoon about #NorthKorea & #Iran, as Pyongyang signals indications to set aside its nuclear weapons/ballistic missile program. This is leaving Tehran as now sole target of the international community's soon-to-come pressures.
For those who describe #Iran's FM @JZarif as a "moderate" or "reformist"

The announcement by the #POTUS that he is replacing National Security Advisor LTG H R #McMaster with #Ambassador #JohnBolton is great news. This is an over due change that I wish Mr #Trump had made long ago.
John #Bolton is probably the most experienced and capable #diplomat in America today. He will be coming in at a critical time when the #President needs solid advice on dealing with #Iran, #NorthKorea, #Russia, #ISIS, and an array of other threats.
As for LTG #McMaster, I thank him for his service and wish him the best in the future. That said, there were issues, as I see them, regarding the #General’s tenure.
