1. Did you hear that? Quiet. Nothing about the #MuellerReport. Gang of Eight except for Nunes (who may be walled) is quiet. Schiff on radio silence. He's my canary. Warner, Burr and Speaker only pleasantries like words about Fritz Hollings' passing. Like an ordinary April day.
2. Schumer with a bit of policy but not a peep about Mueller since Thursday. Why?
First, I believe Barr was committing a crime blocking the a House judiciary request. Obstruction of Congressional Committee Investigation 18 USC 1505.
So Barr changing course would be logical.
3. The one person I think can, without and 6(e) dispute read the whole report is Adam Schiff. And he's been on radio silence for two days. He falls under
6(e)(3)(D) spook exception. Burr and Warner too.
I conclude 55% likely he has the report. @maddow @Lawrence @MaddowBlog
4. Like I said, I think Nunes is walled. Because 80% he's in the Report. McCarthy is doing road trip tweets and also may be walled. 50% he's in it.

Watch Schiff. He may have it all. Again this is analysis not news reporting. Reporting as fact is propaganda and unhelpful.
5. Finally, high probability other members of Congress will be in the report. They, along with the the RNC donors and legal are who I think Barr is trying to protect as 3rd parties. The @TheDemocrats might want to keep them secret. To make @SenateGOP an offer they can't refuse.
6. Five hours ago Trump posts Mueller team "illegally leaking . . ."
IMO this is constant with Trump knowing what's in the report and confirming that the House Democrats know too. I'm at 80% now.
7. Monday Update: I did a quick look at the #GangOfEight accounts. @DevinNunes continues to rage on Democrats & FISA adding confirmation he's both a target and walled-off. His panic is palpable. As for the remaining seven members, only @RepAdamSchiff had any comment since Friday.
8. Schiff limited comment to appearance on Sunday show where I sensed some "I've got a secret" deception. I won't be surprised if Barr says something about the Intel Committee turnover in the morning at @RepJerryNadler Judiciary Committee budget hearing. I also won't
9. be surprised if the committee just passes over the issue. If that is the case I'll move my prediction they have the report to 90%.
People who claim to be legal experts need to read Rule 6(e). 6(e)(3)(D) exempts the intel committee from the rule if the grand jury was dealing
10. with issues related to national security. IMO by blocking the House request Barr is committing a felony by obstructing a congressional committee investigation. See 18 USC 1505. Barr doesn't want to be disbarred. That will come even if Trump pardons him.
