And as much as Read.The.Footnotes. is my mantra, I can't claim credit for this discovery! That's all @JohnWHuber who sent me timeline highlights & relevant portions of filings, w/o telling me punch line & asked me what I thought. We both saw only one reasonable conclusion.
AND when I say "closed" I mean closed with NOTHING coming of it! IF there was an indictment or grand jury proceedings, the FOIA exemption would REMAIN applicable!
