My take:
Mullahs, terrified after IRGC blacklisting & now U.S. ending oil waivers, are desperate to save face.

My take on Turkey's position:
1) This is Erdogan's attempt to save face.

2) Turkey craves cheaper oil from #Iran.

3) A reminders for Ankara:
- Iran's economy: $400 billion
