Greetings on Earth Day.

Synonyms:
अर्ध, ardha (region) — erde (German)
धरा, dharā — terra (Italian)
क्षमा, kṣamā — ziemia (Polish), zeme (Czech)
गो, go, gauh — gaia (Greek)

Earth is the Divine Cow गो, Gaia, or γῆ (gê, “earth”), origin of words like geology, geography.

In Niruka (8th cent BCE), Earth is the first meaning of गो, with cow as net meaning.

Homeric Hymn XXX to Gaea:
"To Gaia (Gaea, Earth) the Mother of All. I will sing of well-founded Gaia (Earth), mother of all, eldest of all beings.
Also, other meanings of गो are:

bow-string
The Sun
light (wisdom),
senses.

There is a deeper secret meaning to passages in the Vedas and the Puranas that speak of cows.

Agni/Vāc

अग्निमीळे पुरोहितं यज्ञस्य देवं ऋत्विजं |
होतारं रत्नधातमम् ||

I venerate Agni, the priest [purohita] who is the light {devam] and invoker [ṛtvij] of the sacrifice, the one who chants [hotṛ] and bestows treasure. (ṚV. 1.1.1)
Agni is the embryo of the waters.

Agni and Vāc are two manifestations of the same deeper reality. Vāc and Agni both hide in trees (wood) and waters.

Three functions of Agni are: witness (Jātavedas), protector of the house, and the slayer of foes. Why do we need to invoke Agni? Because it is normally hidden.

The fish, the horse, and the parrot (suśloka or śuka) in the Vedas find the hidden Agni.

The frog, the elephant, and the parrot do the same in other places.

Each of these covers two realms.

I was about to call it a night, but okay since you're here bear with me.

First, let me start out by saying that I respect you as a veteran and thank you for your service to the safety of our country.
As the son and grandson of two vets, I can't say enough about the sacrifice that you guys make. So thank you. That said, I bet there's stuff that we agree on and perhaps more that we don't. But that's life amongst humans.
But what I take most exception to is the way that you've attacked pros, calling for companies to fire some, going after them in ways that go beyond the personal. I know you think it's just a light roasting and why do they take it so seriously and sperg out?

2/ The article doesn’t say what the staffers and advisers were “frustrated” and “embarrassed” about, but the interview gave them plenty of reason to feel that way.

2/ It is also reported Asow militia actively recruited openly during largest German #xrw concert in #Themar in July 2017. This shows how much underestimated the threat of #xrw foreign fighters compared to #jihadists is. Imagine outcry if #ISIS would openly recruit at a concert.
