Using 2014 data and Yougov poll, upcoming European election looks like this (*=pro-Remain)

MEPs (Change)
UKIP: 0 (-24)
Tories: 9 (-10)
Labour: 19 (-1)
*Green: 5 (+2)
*LibDems: 2 (+1)
Brexit: 27 (+27)
*Change UK: 4 (+4)
*SNP: 4 (+2)
*Plaid Cymru: 0 (-1)

Overall, the clearly pro-Remain parties (Green, LibDems, Change UK, SNP and Plaid Cymru) look like this...

2014 European elections: 7 MEP total
2019 European elections: 15 MEP total

The first step to improving that trend further is to make sure as many people as possible are registered to vote (deadline is 7 May). Voting is open to UK citizens, and to EU citizens living in the UK. Register to vote by following the link below!
