1) The real GDP dinamic of 2019 and 2020 is almost the same for the EU and the Government. We are more bearish.
2) There are few differences on deficit and debt
3) EU'20 estimates do not account for the VAT hike (1.2% of GDP), and has a much lower Gdp deflator as a result
