1.Important Cabinet this morning chewing over May's last chance at getting her plan for Brexit through Parliament - lots we know about, extra workers' rights protection, green measures, but two particular points of tension
2. Told it won't be a rubber stamping Cabinet, in other words PM has signed off key allies and this is her plan - but may be a lot of grumping about how far govt is willing to stretch on Customs to tempt Labour MP s
3. And another referendum - I'm told there WILL be something that gives MP s another chance to express their view on having another referendum which No 10 hopes desperately will unlock some Labour votes but...
4. How and when there could be a vote on another referendum, will matter a lot - if it looks like just the dangle of a bauble don't expect it to move many votes at all - we won't know until we see detail of bill how far it goes
5. Lastly, No 10 reckons elements of the bill could appeal to Brexiteers + DUP too - but the mood on all sides hardening -legislation would have to work some miracles to get through - pace is quickening now and PM could lay plans out formally v soon if Cabinet smooth this morn
