Absolute nonsense. Facebook is a platform for others. It is not a "media company".

Seriously, go on Facebook for 2 minutes. Look at your newsfeed. Imagine if they had to check whether every one of those posts was factually accurate and every video was legitimate.

And the real giveaway of how this is nonsense is that these guys never have any concerns about inaccurate information on one side. Go to resistance groups on FB. Look at how many edited videos there are of Trump etc. You never heard a word about it from them.
The correct solution is for news organizations to highlight that the video in question is fake. That's it.
