Mueller is making his first public comment on the Russia investigation in a few minutes at the Justice Dept. WaPo says it will be 8-minutes long. AG Barr is out of town but briefed on content. As was the White House, per @CNN, last night.

#Mueller never says "No collusion; No obstruction" b/c these are profoundly false GOP propaganda phrases. Obstruction may well be the reason for insufficient evidence of broader conspiracy w/ Russia. Trump is above the law—unless Congress does its impeachment inquiry duty.
AG #Barr seems to have lied pretty boldly when he claimed OLC memo didn't bind #Mueller. Mueller made clear DOJ policy prohibits indicting POTUS—charging a crime NOT an option. Yet Barr cleared Trump, saying Mueller had insufficient evidence of #obstruction crime. Simply false.
Importantly, Mueller confirms he preserved evidence of conspiracy—tho insufficient to charge today. The underlying crime is Russia's interference conspiracy—which Trump welcomed, cooperated w/ & benefited from. So "NO collusion" is a flat-out lie. And "Russia hoax" is propaganda.
Since Barr misled the public w/ propaganda about #Mueller's report, media stopped focusing on Volume 1 evidence. Contrary to the propaganda, Russia's conspiracy & Trump's misconduct profoundly impacted our election & deserves every America's attention. Or kiss democracy goodbye.
