Things I did not know before today: Katherine of Aragon is buried in Peterborough Cathedral. And her symbol was the pomegranate. People still come and leave them on her grave.

God I love by elections.
Never mind Brexit, some people still haven’t got over the first break with Rome.
Also, Peterborough cathedral is absolutely stunning. The roof in particular. Made from German oak in the early 13th century. Only narrowly escaped total destruction in 2001 after a fire. Had the fire brigade been 15 mins later, like Notre Dame it’d have been gone.
So do yourselves a favour and visit @pborocathedral- as good as or better than anything in much more visited Cambridge just down the road.
