These indictments were returned in 2015 and 2016, respectively. They relate to Mahan Air.
The indicted person is “Peyman Amiri Larijani, 33, a citizen of Iran and former resident of Istanbul, Turkey”
Mahan Air is sanctioned because it helps the IRGC. Know who else helps the IRGC?
