@OversightDems Remember that Kobach wrote to Wilbur Ross "at the direction of Steve Bannon" in July 2017 & said it was "essential" citizenship question be added to census

This was smoking gun evidence even before we learned GOP gerrymandering guru also pushed for q

This is an absolutely insane opinion by Roberts, saying that no matter how extreme partisan gerrymandering is, courts can't strike them down. Will give a green light to even more extreme gerrymandering in next round of redistricting after 2020
