Well, look at that. A government whose Prime Minister has resigned, and which is in crisis, and a Parliament which is locked in its deepest crisis of democracy in its history, has committed to legislating a wealth transfer of £trillions to this quango's cronies...

There is no semblance of legitimacy about this quango and its ambitions.

Its chair is under investigation. It was produced by three Parliaments that epitomised the failures of remote, intransigent self-serving politicians from all legacy parties.

A fitting legacy for May.

The green blob has been able to achieve this only due to the fact of democratic crisis.

They have presented the most vapid of politicians in history with a document that lacks any detail about how to achieve 'net zero', and which the CCC admits has no idea how much it will cost.

Remember that, when your car is taken away... Then your job... And then your home (such as it was, with central heating being abolished, and with a bill for retrofitting four times the value of the house attached to it.)...

You can forget overseas holidays. You can forget weekend trips to see the kids' grandparents. You can forget going to the supermarket in the car.

What the CCC is seeking is called "behaviour change" -- to you and I, it means making things we take for granted too expensive.

That includes central heating. It includes the freedom to travel. It includes anything that you might aspire to, but which requires the use of energy.

The government has decided that unless you are very wealthy, you don't need to use energy.

The government decided this all by itself. Neither it, nor the other legacy parties ever had the courage to put their agenda to a democratic test.

It's going to cost you £thousands each year, every year, for at least 30 years, for each member of your family.

That may sound over-dramatic to you.

But consider the fact that the current crop of MPs are simply not competent and not willing to subject what the CCC puts in front of them to any scrutiny.

The CCC is nothing more than a body to represent those with interests in transforming the relationship between the public and government, to transfer wealth to themselves.

They, and their cronies, all stand to profit from the transformation of the UK economy.

MPs are simply clueless as to what the public's interests are, or how a 'net zero' target are corrosive to them. This is because they are historically extremely remote from the public, and do not feel answerable to them.

Their internal narrative is "F*** the public".

Look at the facts. It has taken over a decade to slightly decarbonise the electricity sector. This would not have been possible without gas and nuclear taking the slack, against falling demand. electricity prices have multiplied.

Net Zero goes far further. In far less time.

Multiply the cost of energy required to provide you with everything you buy, everything you do, everywhere you go. Everything you need that uses energy.

It is the most useless MPs in our history that will be legislating that cost.

And they have *absolutely* no idea how it will be done.

Nada. Zero.

Because they have no idea how anything is done. Literally, no idea. They will be forced to rely on reports produced by green billionaire Utopianists vanity projects. Any dissent will be ignored as 'denial'.

MPs will tell each other that by imposing this legislation, they are leading the world.

But the rest of the world is already turning its back. The USA, Australia, Brazil have reached the end of green dream, and soon Canada will follow. Germany and France are not far behind.
