WaKenya: we anticipated correctly that the energy cartels will alter facts in court in order to defeat justice & indebt us forever. Here's the substantive recording of the PET 59 hearing before Justice Makau on 24 April '19.

2. WaKenya: during the hearing, Mr. Ouma from Oraro & Co informed the court of the existence of a court order issued on 15 Nov, 2019 that added Gitson as an interested party. Miraculously, also the day that consent was entered into without giving Gitson audience.

3. WaKenya: Mr. Ouma indicated that all parties signed the consent orders except Gitson, which was included in the extracted decree. They sought amendment of the orders to remove Gitson. The court declined & they didn't appeal.

4. WaKenya: Justice Makau questioned Mr. Ouma in min 31 & 39. All along, the respondents KNEW that Gitson had been included as an interested party (on the same day of the consent) but was never informed? Why else would Gitson have made the 17 Dec '18 application?

5. WaKenya: you will hear Apollo Mboya arguing about JR 324 like a stranger. In fact, he helped WRITE it but was fired by Gitson on 12 July, 2018 for failure to file. Records exist. AM, the worst kind of traitor, was also aware of death threats against Mr. Gitau.

6. WaKenya: Yet another lawyer for the respondents argued that allowing the application for fair hearing was tantamount to overthrowing the Constitution!

If Apollo's handcheque satisfied him, he was free to exit the matter but PUBLIC INTEREST remains.

7. WaKenya: the 13 June, 2019 ruling by Justice Makau - where he goes against the grain of the spirit of his hearing - was in aid of the energy cartels & against us.

Remember, Justice Okwany was removed from the case in early 2019, likely for admitting Gitson.

8. WaKenya: PET 59 is explosive because the same respondents trying to kill this application FILED documents that PROVE their CULPABILITY in the @LTWPOfficial scandal, treasury guarantee corruption & crony capitalism.

Nevermind 19 other IPPs listed in PET 59.

9. WaKenya: PET 59 is about Sh2.14Trillion of OUR monies (capacity charges only). There are many disturbing aspects still to be shared & this is why the cartels would bury this case as deep as possible. Death threats, intense surveillance. These are our lives now.

10. WaKenya: like clockwork you see today how Sh1.6B was paid to @LTWPOfficial by @HKRotich for the grid line delay scandal. Also, Sh5.7B payment was agreed to in '12 forcing @WorldBankKenya to exit as it favoured LTWP & corrupt officials.

11. WaKenya: that @AfDB_Group remained as a lender is suspect and perhaps it's time for Mr. Gitau to request a Congressional hearing on the role of AFDB in propping up corruption in Africa - especially in the energy sector. The US is a major AFDB shareholder, FYI.

12. WaKenya: since the ruling on 13 June, the court case file went missing for a week. The referenced court orders by Mr. Ouma AND signed consent order are MISSING FROM THE FILE. While, Justice Makau is yet to provide typed notes of his ruling.

13. WaKenya: energy cartels & Executive want OUR money & are prepared to kill for it; already having captured Judiciary+Bunge. Gitson has filed a notice of appeal.

14. WaKenya: our lawyers have reconfirmed that the FILE HAS BEEN CANNIBALIZED. No court order from 15 Nov '18, no decree, no appeal. Only the original application to be enjoined & consent orders.

We mean Petition 59 of 2018. Do restore the file. Especially the court order by Justice Okwany admitting Gitson Energy as an interested party on 15 Nov 2018 & amendments sought.
