The new Tory leader is announced on July 23rd

Summer recess begins on July 25th

Nothing is going to happen now before autumn.
And all that happens in September is parliament comes back for about 4 days, and then it's party conferences.

You can keep running around howling if you like, but you sound like idiots.
Parliament won't be properly up and running again before October.
And then our extension expires on October 31st

Nothing is going to happen before autumn because nothing is going to happen in the two days between the new Tory leader being announced, and parliament breaking up for the summer two days later.

Nothing is going to happen before autumn.

Parliament resumes on September 3rd, and then we get a general election.

Why?

Because the Tories have no majority. They can't present a Queen's speech because there is no Brexit policy that will get through parliament.

And that's when you get this prorogue crap. Because people want excitement, so they invent this immature codswallop instead of applying the reason they were born with.

Parliament is off until September. And then it's party conferences until October.

The next European Council is October 17th

Brexit extension expires October 31st

New European Commission begins on Novemebr 1st

These dates together with the fact the Tories have a nominal majority of 2, likely falling to 1 by September.

All these are facts. It takes no effort whatever to work out the result.

The new prime minister can escape into summer recess, but there's no escape from the calendar, the relentless march of time.

If the new Tory leader survives those two days between their appointment on July 23rd, and summer recess on July 25th, they will spend the next six weeks getting ready for the general election in September

And a general election means manifestos. And that's going to expose Corbyn for what he is.

The Lib Dems will have a referendum in their manifesto.
Will Labour have one as well? There'll be no excuses then, will there? You can put anything in your manifesto. Anything at all.
