Or would you know anyone who could tell whether it told voters to contact their *entire* phone address book as App builder says, or if it did highlight some names as VL says?

And ofc, to "match the phone address book contacts of supporters to a voter universe", that means @AmericanPapist could access their micro-targeted profile somehow -How? Who provided it? VL privacy policy said contacts weren't shared with *VL*. Were they shared with Ucampaign?

Forget it @Americanpapist, as app. you forgot about the functionnality you had already running for Cruz App when you did Vote Leave's campaign App and had to reinvent it for Trump's App?
