In the world's least surprising news, the BBC (which has de facto blacklisted me) has Darren Grimes on to smear me and the work @GoodLawProject does. Because @RobBurl won't give me the opportunity to respond, let me make a few points here. theneweuropean.co.uk/top-stories/da…
First, in the judicial review in question, Vote Leave and the Electoral Commission were on the same side, both arguing @GoodLawProject was wrong. Both lost.
Second, Vote Leave accepted the outcome of the investigation and the judicial review. That Vote Leave cheated is a matter of fact.
Third, I repeatedly defended Darren Grimes' decision to bring the appeal, a position for which I attracted some considerable flack.
And, fourth, I have repeatedly deflected attention from Darren Grimes and towards the true villains, despite his very poor conduct towards me.
