After sitting on it for 17 months - a year and half - the #AIFF (@IndianFootball) on July 26, 2019, says they can't implement the recommendations (timesofindia.indiatimes.com/sports/footbal…). What was stopping them, who is actually making these decisions that is killing #IndianFootball? @toisports

Why was this document kept under wraps by #AIFF (@IndianFootball), simply refusing to act upon it, instead putting up a smokescreen before all the stakeholders, even as clubs were closing down all these two years? Did the #AIFF even share this blueprint with #ILeague clubs? 4/14
